Air Spading
An Air Spade uses compressed air to break up and remove soil. It works faster than digging and it eliminates the danger of damaging tree roots or utility lines from tools like shovels. The process involves a large Air Compressor and an Airspade applying a high-pressure jet of air to the soil. This loosens any compacted areas of soil, clearing the fine roots and protecting any of the live parts of the tree. Air spading can be used in solving many tree-related issues such as soil compaction, vertical mulching and radial trenching and more.
